I'm back with an outfit! It's been a while, but i simply just haven't had the time. I've been feeling better lately, and i'm so excited for Christmas! Next week is gonna be busy, then the week after that i'm going to Flesburg with my school, which i'm super excited about. Then another busy week and then i'm on Christmas break! 
Hope you like this outfit and if you're wondering why the sun was shining, i honestly don't know, it's been rainy and windy the last week. Lucky me!

How I Treat Myself | Anxiety Series

Hey guys. I'm back with a new post, wooo! I haven't been posting much on here or Tumblr lately. I haven't been feeling too good about myself and i've been so tired, i've literally just slept and slept and school is just stressing me out, so i haven't found any energy to take pictures or write or anything.

As some may know, i've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, for over a year by now. It was very bad in the beginning, because i didn't know how to react to it. I didn't know how to handle it. Lately it's been quite bad as well, only difference is i know what to do. I'm good at calming myself, which is important. I'll try to do a post on tips for that stuff. If you're dealing with this or something similar, please know that you are not alone. So many people go through this, boys and girls.

This post is going to be 1 out of (hopefully) many post on what i do to 'treat' myself, to keep myself happy and calm and how i try to reject anxiety. If i've had a bad week, i like to have the friday for myself.

First thing i'll do is run a bath





I find it so relaxing to just sit there for a while and think and be calm. I'll either bring my computer and watch an episode of Friends or something like that. If not that, i'll listen to some calm music. I'd recommend it a bunch! If you don't have a bathtub, i'm very sorry. Please fly out to Denmark so we can hang out and you can borrow my bathtub.


I always bring glass of cold water as well, which i recently found out i key to calming yourself when having a panic attack (thanks ally!)

After that i lit loads of candles, cause as you know, i love scented candles. The smell of them is incredible and the it just so cosy or as we say in Denmark, hyggeligt.

Candles makes everything better. 
Afterwards, i got myself some dinner and some strawberries as dessert. I often get quite mad myself or feel guilty if i eat loads of candy/chips and so on. Fruit is also so refreshing.



I love sushi, it's my favourite food ever. Like it's so good. While eating this, i put on a movie. I have this thing with eating in bed. My tv isn't in front of my, it's like on my right side, so i always put on like an episode of a series or a movie, while eating. I just really enjoy eating and watching tv/movies on my computer, haha!

I'll try to post more about this subject, even though it's kinda hard to talk and write about. I got teary just writing the stuff at the beginning.
